High-Upside Pitt Defensive Lineman With Versatility and Edge
Charles Sallet is a Pittsburgh defensive-line prospect whose appeal is built on positional flexibility and upside rather than a big stat sheet; 247Sports lists him as an inside linebacker and notes he committed to Pitt, while archival recruiting notes suggest he developed into an end/defensive-front piece with the quickness to move around the front. What should you care? He’s the kind of athlete coaches like because he brings toughness, adaptability, and a projectable frame for the line, making him a fit for a program that values versatile defenders who can grow into multiple roles.
