Veteran, versatile UNLV safety Jaxen Turner brings proven production and steady leadership
Jaxen Turner is a seasoned UNLV defensive back with real blue-chip experience: he arrived as a high-profile Pac-12 transfer and has piled up 159 career tackles, 7 tackles for loss, 1 sack, 7 passes defended, 7 interceptions, 5 forced fumbles, and 1 fumble recovery across his college career. In the 2023 season at UNLV, he logged 62 tackles and 5 interceptions, flashing ball skills and range from the back end. The appeal is obvious: veteran savvy, versatility at safety, and a reputation as a physical, experienced stabilizer who can help a secondary communicate and finish plays.
