Penn State signee Jesse Neumyer brings a sturdy 6-2, 215-pound frame and linebacker versatility
Neumyer is a Penn State linebacker commit from Cumberland Valley who projects as a physical, downhill defender with the size to add value on special teams and in the box. At 6-2 and 215 pounds, he has the frame college staffs like for contact, and his recruiting profile places him among Penn State’s 2025 signees rather than a statistical producer yet, so the upside is developmental and role-driven. If you want a tough, system-fit defender with room to grow, he looks like a sensible fit.
