Pitt LB Chase Pine brings dependable depth and physicality
Chase Pine is a redshirt senior linebacker at Pittsburgh who has shown he can be a steady reserve piece, logging 31 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and a sack assist in 2021 across 13 games[1]. His value is less about headline-grabbing production and more about reliability, experience, and a linebacker's willingness to do the dirty work in run support and special situations[1]. If your team wants a seasoned, assignment-sound defender who can add toughness and depth, Pine is the kind of fit that quietly helps a defense hold together.
