UConn linebacker Desmond Fogle brings veteran toughness and proven captain’s DNA
Desmond Fogle is a junior linebacker for UConn listed at 6-0, 214, and his best calling card is old-school production plus leadership: at Camden County he piled up 219 career tackles, 19 tackles for loss, 8 sacks, and was a team captain and defensive award winner. In his 2021 season with the Huskies, he appeared in 10 games and recorded 3 tackles with 1 tackle for loss, showing he can contribute in depth while bringing intensity and special-teams value.
