Lane Lusk brings compact, athletic outfield upside to Northwestern State
Lane Lusk is a **redshirt sophomore outfielder** at Northwestern State with a **right-handed bat** and an athletic 5'10", 185-pound frame; his profile suggests a player with **speed and bat-to-ball potential** rather than a pure power-first profile, highlighted by a **7.04-second 60-yard dash** and a **96 mph max exit velocity** in prep testing. Current 2026 production is still limited, with **4 runs and no hits, homers, or RBIs** in the available D1Baseball snapshot, so the value case is more about tools, development, and fit than box-score output right now.
