Markele Williams brings veteran size and trench toughness to Prairie View A&M
Markele Williams is a long-tenured Prairie View A&M defensive tackle who has been listed at 6-2 and 290 pounds, giving him the kind of interior mass that can anchor against the run and occupy blockers in the 2016 Panthers’ front.[2][3] His background also suggests versatility and toughness: he entered college as an OT/DT prospect and was noted in high school for 40 tackles and 13.5 tackles for loss, plus four years as a starter on the offensive line.[5][9] He looks like a fit for a team needing experienced, physical depth in the middle more than splashy stat lines.[1][3]
