Maine Black Bears TE with Special Teams Grit and Canadian All-Star Pedigree
Grant McDonald, a 6-5 Canadian standout from South Delta Secondary and First Team All-Canada honoree, transitioned to tight end for the Maine Black Bears in 2017, logging nine games with seven tackles primarily on special teams—showcasing his high-motor intensity and tackling reliability[1][3]. His raw athleticism shines in Hudl highlights from high school, marking him as a developmental gem with WR-like frame and versatility[2][5]. No injury red flags; his relentless hustle and multi-sport background make him a coach's dream for NFL practice squads or depth charts—perfect if you need a special teams ace with upside[1][3].
