elite Santa Clara perimeter scorer with deep-range value
Steve Ross is best known as a high-level **three-point shooter** and proven Santa Clara guard/wing contributor, with his 2001-02 season earning postseason All-WCC honors and the second-most made threes in a single Santa Clara season behind Steve Nash. His biggest differentiator is clean perimeter value: he stretches defenses, fits well in spaced offenses, and brings reliable shot-making rather than empty volume. If you need a wing who can punish help defense and fit quickly into a motion or pick-and-pop system, Ross is the kind of role player who raises the floor.
