Kari James brings veteran-size, interior grit to Marshall’s front line
Kari James is a 6-foot-4 center for Marshall who was a decorated high school post player, earning SEOAL Co-MVP and Ohio District 13 Player of the Year honors while averaging 11.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks across her prep career, with 13.0 points per game as a senior. She projects as a useful fit for teams needing size, rebounding, and rim protection more than flashy scoring. The big question: can she translate that paint presence into consistent college minutes and impact at the next level?
