Josiah Williams brings size and length to Saint Francis U’s WR room
Williams is a 6-foot-2, 183-pound freshman wide receiver from Jamesville-Dewitt in DeWitt, N.Y., with the frame of a developmental outside target and the kind of high-school résumé that helped his team to a 9-1 season and a Section 3 Class A championship. He looks like a fit for a program that wants an ascending, physical pass-catcher who can grow into more production rather than an established stat-sheet star right now. Publicly available football stats are limited, so the biggest takeaway is his upside, not a proven college production profile yet.
