Cedric Kouemi brings SEC-ready size and power to Jacksonville State’s backfield
Cedric Kouemi is a 2026 Jacksonville State freshman running back with a compact, downhill build at 5-11 and 210 pounds, and he arrives with legit pedigree after rushing for over 1,300 yards as a junior and earning All-IAC honors in his senior season at Bullis. He was a three-star prospect with offers from James Madison, Memphis, Tulane, and Cincinnati, which tells you the talent was real before the commitment. The fit makes sense: he looks like a physical runner who should bring toughness, contact balance, and a no-nonsense style to the Gamecocks.
