From Record-Setting QB to Bentley Falcons' Coach of the Year
C.J. Scarpa, a dual-threat QB standout at Merrimack (2,588 pass yds, 18 TDs, 59% comp in 2017) and Bentley, now shines as Bentley's head coach after a stellar 7-4 debut season in 2025, earning Coach of the Year honors from New England Football Writers and Gridiron Club of Greater Boston. His playing career differentiator—4,429 HS pass yds, 51 TDs as Andover's record-holder—translates to intense, quarterback-savvy leadership; a proven winner with high football IQ, he's an ideal fit for programs seeking energetic, player-development-focused coaches.
