Campbell’s all-time floor general, now a proven winner on the sidelines
Janice Washington’s calling card is leadership with real substance: at Campbell, she finished with 119 career games played, 572 assists, 256 steals, and 996 points, while earning all-conference recognition and helping power the program’s 2000 Atlantic Sun title run. Her game was built on pace control, perimeter organization, and disruptive defense—traits that usually translate well to coaching and high-pressure roles. If you’re evaluating fit, think steady hand, tough competitor, and basketball IQ first; she’s the kind of guard who makes everyone else better and brings a winning edge without needing the spotlight.
