Kyle Lichtenberg brings Iowa State a veteran, high-IQ pass-protecting tackle with Big 12 academic polish
Kyle Lichtenberg is a 6-6, 296-pound redshirt senior offensive lineman for Iowa State who has the frame, experience, and coachable profile teams love in the trenches. He was a top in-state recruit, chose the Cyclones over multiple Power Five offers, and built a reputation as an elite student-athlete with repeated academic all-conference honors. The case for him is simple: size, steadiness, and maturity. The catch is that publicly available current season production data is limited, so his value is best read through experience, intelligence, and line depth rather than flashy stat lines.
