Jessica Mitchell brings size, rim protection, and efficient frontcourt value to UNCW
Jessica Mitchell is a 6'1" forward for UNCW who has been valued as a frontcourt defender with real shot-blocking impact; one source notes she tied a school record with 41 blocks, which is the kind of stat that makes coaches sit up straight. Her game profile points to size, interior toughness, and efficient finishing rather than flashy volume scoring, and early UNCW bio notes showed she contributed in short minutes while still affecting the glass. If a team wants a disciplined, defensive-minded post presence who can change shots and survive physical matchups, she looks like a useful fit.
