Nevada OL Steve Werner: veteran-sized tackle with proven college pedigree
Steve Werner is a listed Nevada offensive lineman with a 6-foot-5, 310-pound frame and a long-standing tackle profile that dates back to his recruiting days, when he was signed by Nevada in the Class of 2008. His biggest draw is the classic “trust the big body” profile: NFL-style size, tackle flexibility, and a built-in understanding of line play that can help stabilize a front. The caution flag is that the available public info is thin on recent on-field production, so he looks more like a depth-and-development fit than a headline-grabber.
