Eli Burnham is a 6-foot-3 freshman bat with real gap power and early clutch flashes for UC Davis
Burnham, a Davis Senior product, has already shown he can handle college pitching, including a 3-for-5 game with a double and three runs against Pacific in the 2026 season, and he’s also chipped in multi-hit, RBI-producing outings in conference play.[7][10] At 6'3", 210 pounds, he brings catchers’ size with corner-infield versatility, and the local-family tie to UC Davis plus his choice of the program for its coaching and familiarity suggest a strong fit-factor as much as a talent one.[1] The main appeal: a physical right-handed hitter who looks like he can grow into more damage while staying grounded in a team-first role.[1][3]
