Savannah State WR with Steady Hands and Big-Play Potential from 2011
Alakan Thomas, a reliable wide receiver for the Savannah State Tigers in the 2010-2011 seasons, posted 14 receptions for 109 yards (7.8 YPC) in 11 games, peaking with a 3-catch, 27-yard, 1-TD outburst including an 18-yard long against N.C. Central—showcasing his knack for clutch moments and red-zone reliability. Versatile enough to contribute in multiple facets, he's a low-risk slot option for teams seeking gritty, possession receivers without the diva attitude; no known injury flags, but limited production suggests he's a developmental gem for HBCU pipelines or practice squads hunting undervalued talent.
