Northern Illinois adds a proven, high-motor interior presence in Ebony Ellis
Ebony Ellis profiles as a veteran center with a long track record of production, rebounding, and toughness; NIU lists her as a 6-2 post player, and her career history includes elite all-around impact at Northern Illinois, where she was an all-MAC caliber rebounder and scorer before later playing professionally overseas. She stands out for physicality, board work, and reliability around the rim rather than flashy usage, making her a fit for a team that needs an interior anchor, defensive presence, and a player who brings maturity and structure to the frontcourt.
