Explosive G League Scorcher with NBA Pedigree Poised for Pro Leap
D.J. Carton, the 6-1 Marquette alum and current Toronto Raptors guard, erupted for a career-high 38 points in a G League win with Rip City Remix last season, showcasing his deep shooting, improved athleticism for highlight dunks, and playmaking (10.4 PPG, 59 assists in 2019-20 at Ohio State). His high-intensity hustle and steal-to-score bursts make him a dynamic bench spark; despite modest NBA stats (1.8 PPG), he's a gritty, undersized differentiator perfect for teams needing instant offense and defensive tenacity off the pine.
