Hunter Brown Brings Disruptive, Tackling-First Production to Sam Houston’s Defense
Brown profiles as a physical, assignment-sound linebacker who stands out for finishing plays, piling up tackles, and creating backfield disruption rather than chasing highlight-reel flash. The broader scouting picture is limited in the available results, but his production indicators suggest a dependable defensive presence with the kind of toughness and effort coaches usually trust on early downs and special teams. If Sam Houston needs a steady, blue-collar linebacker who can handle contact, clean up traffic, and raise the floor of the defense, Brown looks like a sensible fit.
