Catherine Williams brings efficient all-around frontcourt production to App State
In the 2011-12 season, App State forward Catherine Williams appeared in 24 games and made nine starts, showing reliable two-way utility with a 10-point, 11-rebound double-double at UNCG and five games with 10-plus rebounds. Her game stands out less for flash than for practicality: she’s a board-crashing, efficient finisher who can help stabilize the paint and give a team dependable interior minutes. For a roster needing toughness, rebounding, and low-drama frontcourt production, Williams looks like a solid fit.
