Florida Atlantic freshman guard with a clean slate and upside
Joe Hatton is listed by Florida Atlantic as a 6-foot-0, 185-pound freshman guard from Orlando’s Cypress Creek High School in the 2025-26 context[1]. At this stage, the public record shows more profile than production, so the main reason to care is the projection: a young backcourt piece who could develop into a steady on-ball guard if his feel, pace, and decision-making translate quickly. For a roster fit, he looks like a developmental add rather than an immediate stat-stuffer[1][2].
