Sara Zink brings glove-first upside and winning pedigree to Coastal Carolina
In the 2026 season, Coastal Carolina infielder Sara Zink is still early in her college career, with limited offensive production so far, but her profile is built on defense, toughness, and a proven winner’s résumé from high school. She’s a 5-foot-6 right-handed infielder from Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, and arrived with strong credentials: four straight all-district honors, two all-region selections, and first-team all-state recognition in 2024. The fit is clear if your team values steady infield play, coachability, and upside over flash—she looks like a grinder with room to grow.
