Rutgers-bred veteran guard who still lifts an offense
Erica Wheeler is a seasoned, high-energy guard whose game is built around playmaking, toughness, and disruptive defense; in the 2026 season she’s averaging 7.5 points, 4.6 assists, and 1.8 rebounds, a profile that shows she can organize an offense and create for others[6][7]. A Rutgers product, she also brings proven big-moment credibility—she became a WNBA All-Star MVP after tying the record with seven threes and scoring 25 points with seven assists—and her career path from undrafted to decorated pro signals real resilience and competitiveness[2][5].
