Madi Mangulis is the Jackrabbits’ workhorse righty with swing-and-miss upside
In the 2026 season, Madi Mangulis has emerged as a key South Dakota State pitcher, working to an 8-9 record with a 4.23 ERA and 65 strikeouts, while also delivering notable high-leverage outings like a complete-game shutout and a run-rule gem. Her 5'11" frame and right-handed power profile give her starter-level upside, and the game logs suggest she can handle pressure when she’s locating. She looks like a fit for teams that value competitive innings and a pitcher who can flash dominance, even if her overall run prevention has been uneven this season.
