Matthew Seamer brings old-school linebacker toughness to Drake
Matthew Seamer looks like the kind of linebacker coaches trust in the 2026 season: physical, assignment-sound, and built to do the dirty work in the middle of the defense. Publicly available stat pages don’t show a current 2026 stat line, but his profile and long-running presence around Drake suggest a reliable, hard-nosed defender rather than a flashy stat-stuffer. If you want a player who fits a disciplined, physical defense and can set the tone with effort and toughness, Seamer is the type worth caring about.
