Purdue guard Stephen Toyra: local commit with a low-usage role to monitor
Stephen Toyra is a Lafayette, Indiana guard committed to Purdue, and the current public stat line is limited: ESPN lists him at 0.7 points, 0.4 rebounds, and 0.1 assists per game with a 31.6% field-goal percentage, suggesting a very small role so far rather than a finished product.[2][5] His biggest differentiator is fit and upside—he is already in Purdue’s pipeline, which typically matters for development-minded programs, but there is not enough reliable public evidence yet to label him a proven impact piece or clearly define elite strengths beyond being a committed guard prospect.[2][4][5]
