Luis Valera is a high-efficiency, glass-cleaning veteran forward with a pro-ready frame
In the 2025 season, Luis Valera has been listed with UT Rio Grande Valley as a forward and historically profiles as a physical 6-7, 225-pound frontcourt piece who scores efficiently, rebounds his area, and doesn’t waste possessions; his college career log shows 7.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 50.9% shooting, while his pro form has included a 2023-24 stretch in Spain at 16.9 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. He looks like a steady, low-drama fit for a team needing size, experience, and reliable interior production rather than flash.
