a physical 6'3" center with proven rebounding instincts
DePriest has the profile of a classic interior anchor: at Denver, the 6'3" center played in 24 games as a freshman and 11 as a sophomore, with her best early trait being board work, including a career-high seven rebounds in one game and 45 total rebounds as a freshman. She also flashed some rim protection with four blocks and added steady, low-maintenance energy off the bench. For a team needing size, toughness, and a work-ethic post who can compete inside without demanding touches, she looks like a solid fit.
