Zach Wieder is a steady, multi-tool bat for UAPB who can change a game with one swing
In the 2026 season, Zach Wieder emerged as a clutch infielder for Arkansas-Pine Bluff, delivering impact hits in big spots, including a two-run homer against Central Arkansas and a 3-for-3, four-RBI breakout against Alcorn State. He looks like a hitter who plays with juice: extra-base pop, run production, and enough bat-to-ball skill to stay dangerous without chasing outs, plus he also added value on the bases. At 6'2", he brings a solid frame and a lineup-friendly presence that should appeal to teams wanting an infielder who can produce in pressure moments.
