Malcolm Thomas brings rim protection, energy, and efficient finishing to Dayton’s frontcourt
In the 2025-26 season, Malcolm Thomas averaged 4.0 points and 1.5 rebounds in 8.8 minutes per game for Dayton, while ranking fourth on the Flyers with 17 blocks and earning Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honors after a 14-point, four-block breakout against North Florida. The 6-foot-8 forward is a high-motor finisher who gets to the rim, plays with obvious bounce, and can change possessions defensively in short bursts. He looks like a useful fit if you want hustle, shot blocking, and low-drama energy off the bench.
