BYU’s versatile young lineman with room to grow
Kendal Wall entered BYU as a three-star Utah product and has already shown the kind of multi-sport toughness coaches love: he was a high-school captain, piled up 54 tackles, 13 TFLs and 8 sacks in 2024, and also blocked six kicks. In college, he was listed at defensive tackle in 2025 and moved to defensive end in 2026, which signals a leaner frame and a role built more around burst, effort and versatility than pure interior power. He’s a developmental fit if you want motor, athletic upside and special-teams value.
