Sheldon Kinard brings veteran interior size and trench experience to Western Carolina
Kinard profiles as a sturdy, experienced **defensive tackle** with the kind of **interior line size** Western Carolina values; roster listings show him at about 6-1 and 265 pounds, and he has been part of the Catamounts’ program for multiple seasons, including being awarded a full scholarship in 2017. His appeal is less about flashy stats and more about **program familiarity, physicality, and depth-value reliability**—the traits that matter if you need a tougher, more mature body in the middle of the defense.
