Veteran two-way guard who spaces the floor and steadies Lipscomb
Buckland is a proven Lipscomb guard whose value comes from efficient scoring, reliable three-point shooting, and steady playmaking; in the 2019-20 season he averaged 5.7 points, 2.3 assists, and 2.2 rebounds in 36 games, and ESPN later listed him at 6.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game[5][6]. He also earned 2019 ASUN All-Academic honors, which adds to the picture of a disciplined, dependable rotation piece rather than a high-usage star[5]. If you want a smart, experienced guard who can fit into a system without needing the ball constantly, Buckland looks like a solid culture and spacing fit[3][5][6].
