April Savalli brings old-school frontcourt steadiness to Detroit Mercy
April Savalli, a 6-2 forward-center for Detroit Mercy, was a dependable interior piece in her Titans career, including the 2004-05 season when she posted 6.2 points and 3.7 rebounds per game and earlier seasons where her efficiency and toughness showed up in the box score. Her profile suggests a player who can score around the paint, rebound, and hold her own physically rather than chase highlight numbers. For a team valuing size, experience, and reliable frontcourt presence, she’s the kind of steady glue player coaches love.
