Samford TE Zeke Walters brings trusted hands and red-zone value
Walters is a proven, experienced tight end for Samford, with documented production that includes seven starts in 2012 and a career stat line that shows at least 12 catches for 45 yards that season, plus ESPN listing him with 2 receptions, 20 yards, and 1 touchdown. [1][3] What makes him worth attention is his role reliability: he has been trusted in the lineup and has shown he can contribute as a short-area, move-the-chains option rather than just a box-score threat. [1][3] That profile fits a team looking for a steady, assignment-clean TE who can be a situational weapon in the passing game. [1][3]
