Fatim Diggs is a rising, inside-linebacker build with special-teams value and room to grow
Fatim Diggs entered Syracuse as a three-star linebacker with a long, athletic frame and above-average speed for the position, and his 2025 redshirt-freshman season showed glimpses of usefulness: five appearances, three tackles, and a pass breakup. He profiles as an inside linebacker who can be deployed in blitz packages, which gives him a nice fit for a defense that wants versatility more than just straight-line thump. The big question is ceiling versus role right now—he’s still adding strength, but the tools and motor make him a worthwhile development bet.
