Tyler Patterson is Montana State’s high-volume shot-maker with real big-game pop
In the 2024-25 season, Tyler Patterson gave Montana State a long-range weapon who can swing games in a hurry, finishing with 272 career made threes and a career-high 26 points in a March 1 win over Sacramento State while tying the program record for made threes in a game. He’s a 6-8 guard with size, floor-spacing gravity, and proven late-season production; earlier in his Montana State career he also earned Big Sky Co-Player of the Week honors after back-to-back 20-point outings. If a team wants a confident, experienced perimeter scorer who can stretch defenses, Patterson is very much in the mix.
