Kendric Williams brings veteran ball skills and special-teams grit to UNC’s secondary
Kendric Williams is a senior cornerback for North Carolina who earned a scholarship after starting as a walk-on, a clue to his toughness and steady work ethic rather than just raw measurables. In the 2007 season, UNC coaches praised his explosiveness, elite footwork, and transition speed, and he was already seen as a contender for a starting corner role. He also made his mark on special teams, including kick-block production and tackles, which adds value beyond the box score. If you want a competitive, coachable DB with upside and no-nonsense intensity, he fits the bill.
