Steady, high-volume tackling linebacker with captain-level leadership
In his Virginia career, Steve Greer established himself as a reliable, high-motor linebacker who finished with 376 tackles, ranking No. 6 all-time at UVA, and was among the ACC’s active leaders late in his career.[4] His value goes beyond the box score: he was a senior captain, known for consistency, toughness, and positional versatility in the middle of the defense.[4][6] If you want a linebacker who brings production, communication, and a steady presence, Greer is the kind of fit coaches trust.
