Oregon’s steady guard with a scorer’s touch and veteran edge
Cicely Oaks is a 5-7 guard from Portland who brings polished scoring, perimeter shooting, and solid all-around production to Oregon; in her Oregon career she posted 5.2 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game while shooting 39.7% from the field and 37.8% from three, plus she was known as a quick, crafty, high-energy player who could create offense and defend with toughness.
