Zach Kutch was a record-setting, All-American-level kicker for Illinois State
Kutch’s calling card is elite reliability under pressure: in 2009 he was 22-for-29 on field goals, set a new Missouri Valley record with six made kicks in one game, and earned All-American recognition. That profile matters because it shows range, volume, and the confidence to handle high-leverage snaps—traits teams value in a kicker beyond raw makes alone. If you need a calm specialist who can extend drives and swing games with his leg, Kutch looked like a proven fit.
