Jacob Rodriguez is a turnover-creating, all-around linebacker with elite instincts
Jacob Rodriguez has become one of college football’s most disruptive defenders, posting 128 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 4 interceptions, and a nation-leading 7 forced fumbles in the 2025 season. His value goes beyond the box score: he plays with a high motor, strong diagnostic skills, and rare ball production for a linebacker, which is why evaluators viewed him as a difference-maker and a top draft prospect. If you want a tone-setter who can chase, tackle, and flip games with takeaways, he’s an excellent fit.
