Lefty arm with bullpen bite for South Dakota State
In the 2026 season, Husar emerged as a freshman left-handed reliever for South Dakota State, making 12 appearances out of the bullpen and flashing swing-and-miss upside when he’s on. His college stat line was uneven, but his value goes beyond numbers: at 6-3, he brings a lanky frame, left-on-left utility, and the kind of developmental profile that coaches like because it hints at more velocity and command growth ahead. He was also a decorated high-school arm, which suggests he can handle pressure and keep progressing.
