Pitt's low-profile fullback with classic lead-blocking value
David Routt is a Pittsburgh Panthers fullback whose value is more about role fit than box-score noise: the best version of a FB is the one who consistently clears space, protects the passer, and brings physical, assignment-sound play on special teams. Publicly available search results do not show a current stat line or recent injury report for him, so the key takeaway is his fit profile, not headline production. If your team wants a tough, scheme-disciplined, downhill presence who does the unglamorous work, he’s the kind of depth piece that can quietly matter.
