Penn DB Michael Johns flashed ball production in 2025
Michael Johns is a playmaking Penn defensive back who played in all 10 games in the 2025 season, finishing with 33 tackles and 12 pass breakups, which points to a defender who stays involved and disrupts throws rather than just piling up quiet coverage snaps. That kind of ball-hawking production is valuable for teams that want a DB with instincts, consistency, and the confidence to challenge receivers. At Penn, his profile suggests a reliable, high-activity defender who can fit in a system that values coverage discipline and turnover opportunities.
