veteran Vermont guard with a local-bred basketball pedigree
Tonya Conley is a Burlington native who earned America East Academic Honor Roll recognition and brought steady backcourt experience to Vermont, starting 19 games as a senior in the 2013-14 season and logging meaningful minutes throughout her Catamount career. Her edge is reliability: she was trusted in the rotation, flashed playmaking with multiple-career-best assist outings, and showed she could contribute without needing volume touches. For a team, that profile screams composed, low-drama guard play with strong local-rooted competitiveness—useful if you want a smart connector who understands the college game and the value of doing the little things well.
