Western Illinois OL Perry Cox: a trench grinder with fit-value upside
Perry Cox projects as a steady, physical offensive lineman for Western Illinois, the kind of player who matters because consistency in the trenches travels well and can raise an offense’s floor. The available public information is limited, but his value profile is clear: if he brings dependable technique, toughness, and lineup flexibility, he fits a program looking for durability and no-drama execution up front. There is not enough reliable public stat data here to make a strong performance claim, so the real question is whether his practice habits and snap-to-snap reliability translate into trusted game-day value.
